What it is What checks out Business plan Products Disclosures FAQ
We do not give TranzIndia a star score. It is a registered, long-running company with real products and unusually complete consumer-protection disclosures, yet it does not publish the compensation plan or any income data. Rating that mix with one number would mislead. The facts, and the gaps, are below.
Not financial or medical advice. This page sets out what can and cannot be verified about TranzIndia. It is not a recommendation to join or to buy, and nothing here is medical advice. Direct-selling income is not guaranteed and most distributors earn modest amounts, so get the plan in writing and weigh the costs before you decide.
TranzIndia in one minute

TranzIndia (TranzIndia Corporate Network Pvt Ltd) is a Coimbatore-based direct seller, registered in 2005 and trading since February 2008 under founder Dr V. Mohan Raj. It sells Ayurvedic healthcare, personal care, grocery and branded home appliances across six categories, runs its own TranzNutrients manufacturing unit, holds ISO certification, and is a founder member of the FDSA. Its site publishes a named grievance officer, a nodal officer, refund and warranty policies, and a de-listed sellers list, which is more consumer disclosure than many rivals offer.

The gap is the important one: the compensation plan is not summarised anywhere public, there is no income disclosure, and the site's own "why business" page argues from unemployment and rising costs rather than from any numbers. Get the plan in writing before you commit. This is information, not advice.

What is TranzIndia?

TranzIndia is a Tamil Nadu direct-selling company with genuine roots and a genuinely opaque plan. Formally TranzIndia Corporate Network Private Limited, it was registered on 30 August 2005, began commercial operations on 10 February 2008, and converted to a private limited company in August 2011. Its founder, chairman and managing director is Dr V. Mohan Raj, who came from the direct-marketing industry. The head office sits on 100 Feet Road in Tatabad, Coimbatore, with branch offices historically in Chennai, Madurai, Tirunelveli and Pune and support centres across Tamil Nadu.

It started with three products and grew to around fifty, spanning Ayurvedic healthcare, personal care and branded home appliances, and today lists six product categories. It manufactures six of its healthcare products itself at a unit called TranzNutrients. The "About" tab separates what can be verified from what cannot; the "Plan and products" tab looks at the business opportunity and what it actually tells you.

What checks out, and what does not

TranzIndia scores unusually well on consumer-protection disclosure and poorly on plan transparency. That combination is worth spelling out, because most companies are weak or strong on both together. Here is the honest split.

ItemStatus
Company registration and historyVerifiable
Named grievance redressal officerPublished
Nodal officer, refund & return policyPublished
De-listed direct sellers listPublished
Own manufacturing and warehouseStated
Bonus rates and rank thresholdsNot on site
Income disclosure statementNone found
Joining cost / monthly purchase ruleNot public

Based on publicly available information at the time of review. Those green rows are real credit: a named grievance officer and a de-listed sellers list are requirements of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and many companies simply skip them.

Two claims worth reading carefully

"Government approved" is not a thing. TranzIndia is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, as every Indian company must be, and it is a founder member of the Federation of Direct Selling Association, an industry body that operates a self-governing code of conduct. Neither is a government endorsement of the opportunity, and neither guarantees your income. Registration means the company exists lawfully, not that you will earn.

Achievers are the exception, not the pattern. The company showcases car, bike, luxury car, villa and trip achievers and has promoted a mission of creating a hundred millionaires. These are the visible few. Without an income disclosure, nobody outside the company can tell you what the typical distributor earns, and across the industry that figure is small.

How does TranzIndia compare with Vestige, RCM and Modicare?

TranzIndia sits alongside Indian FMCG direct sellers such as Vestige, RCM and Modicare. Its distinguishing marks are the strong regional base in Tamil Nadu, the home-appliance range, and its own small manufacturing unit. Where it lags them is plan transparency: those companies publish plan structures you can read before deciding. The underlying income reality is the same across all of them.

The TranzIndia business plan: what is actually disclosed?

Very little, and that is the single most useful thing this page can tell you. TranzIndia's website invites you to fill in your details to learn its plan, and points to its business plan as an external design document rather than setting out the structure on the site. Nowhere public will you find the bonus percentages, the rank names and thresholds, the joining cost, or any monthly purchase requirement. We will not invent them.

Look at what its own "Why Business" page does instead. It makes five arguments: jobs are scarce, some jobs pay too little, living costs are rising, you need financial security, and extra income is empowering. Every one of those is about your situation. Not one is about the offer. There is not a single number on the page. That is persuasion architecture, and recognising it is a useful skill whichever company approaches you.

What the plan should tell you, and how to ask

ElementPublicly disclosed?Ask the company, in writing
Retail marginNoWhat percentage, on which products?
Team bonus ratesNoWhat rate, on what volume, how deep?
Ranks and thresholdsNoWritten criteria for every rank
Joining costNoFee, kit, or minimum purchase?
Monthly qualificationNoMust I buy monthly to stay eligible?
Income disclosureNoWhat did the median seller earn last year?
Refund and buy-backYesRead it before you buy
Reality check. A plan you cannot read is a plan you cannot evaluate, and a recruiter's slide is not a plan. Under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, a direct seller is entitled to clear written information about the offer, and a company must not make false income claims. Ask for the plan on company letterhead. If the answer is that you will understand once you attend a meeting, that is your answer. Meanwhile, expect what the whole industry delivers: most participants earn little or nothing after their own purchases, and the achievers on stage are the rare exception.

What does TranzIndia sell?

Six categories, from Ayurvedic supplements to mixer grinders. The product side is the most concrete part of the business, and it is where you can actually check value for yourself by comparing prices.

CategoryWhat it covers
Health CareAyurvedic supplements; six made at TranzNutrients
Personal CareHair and skin care, e.g. Flocare hair oil
LifestyleBranded home appliances such as mixer grinders
GroceryEveryday consumables
Traditional & Swarga CollectionsTraditional and specialty ranges

Two practical notes. First, these are consumer goods and herbal supplements, not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, so treat health claims as marketing and consult a doctor for any condition. The company has also referred to a bio-ceramic product for which it awaits patent rights, and awaiting a patent is not the same as holding one, nor is it evidence that a product works.

Second, and more usefully, appliances are the easiest category in all of direct selling to price-check. Before buying a mixer grinder through any MLM, look up the same specification at an ordinary retailer. If the distributor price is not clearly better, the product is not the reason to join, and neither is the plan you have not been shown.

Important disclosures

This block replaces a customer-reviews section. We do not publish invented reviews or a single star score. The points below reflect what public information does, and does not, show about TranzIndia.

What checks out. TranzIndia Corporate Network Private Limited is a real, registered Indian company that has traded since 2008 from Coimbatore, holds ISO certification, runs its own TranzNutrients manufacturing unit and warehouse, sells genuine consumer products, and is a founder member of the Federation of Direct Selling Association. Notably, it publishes the disclosures the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 require and that many rivals quietly omit: a named grievance redressal officer with contact details, a nodal officer, refund, return, warranty and shipping policies, and a public list of de-listed direct sellers. That deserves credit, and it clearly separates the company from anonymous schemes.

Where it falls short. The compensation plan is not summarised anywhere on the public site. Bonus percentages, rank thresholds, joining costs and any monthly purchase requirement are not disclosed, the plan is pointed to as an external design document, and prospective distributors are invited to submit their contact details in order to learn it. No income-disclosure statement appears to be published. The company's own case for joining, on its "why business" page, is built entirely on unemployment, low pay and rising living costs, with no figures about the opportunity itself. The result is that a recruit must rely on what a recruiter says. Insist on the current plan in writing, on letterhead, before paying anything.

On claims and marketing. Company registration and FDSA membership are compliance facts, not government approval or endorsement, and they do not guarantee income. Car, villa and trip achievers, and any mission to create a hundred millionaires, showcase a small minority. Herbal products are not medicines, and a product awaiting a patent is not a proven product. Compare appliance prices against ordinary retail.

India context. TranzIndia operates under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, which require genuine products, written disclosures, invoices and buy-back provisions, prohibit pyramid and money-circulation schemes, and forbid false income representations. Direct selling is lawful in India when income comes mainly from real product sales rather than enrolment. Always take an invoice, pay only the company, and never borrow to join.

MLMCompanyHub is not a regulator and makes no legal determination about TranzIndia. This page reports publicly available information as at the time of review and is explicit about where that information is missing rather than filling gaps with assumptions. Plans, prices and policies change, so verify the current position directly with the company.

Frequently asked questions

What is TranzIndia?

TranzIndia, formally TranzIndia Corporate Network Private Limited, is an Indian direct-selling company headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It was registered on 30 August 2005, began commercial operations on 10 February 2008, and became a private limited company in August 2011. Founded and led by chairman and managing director Dr. V. Mohan Raj, it sells Ayurvedic healthcare products, personal care items, groceries, traditional collections and branded home appliances such as mixer grinders through a network of independent distributors, mainly across Tamil Nadu and neighbouring states.

Is TranzIndia legit or a scam?

TranzIndia appears to be a genuine, registered direct-selling company rather than a scam. It has traded since 2008, is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, holds ISO certification, operates its own manufacturing unit called TranzNutrients, is a founder member of the Federation of Direct Selling Association, and publishes the disclosures the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules require, including a named grievance redressal officer, a nodal officer, refund and return policies and a list of de-listed direct sellers. The honest caveat is that its compensation plan is not summarised publicly, it publishes no income disclosure, and its recruitment material leans on aspiration rather than economics. MLMCompanyHub makes no legal determination.

How does the TranzIndia business plan work, and where can you read it?

This is the weakest part of TranzIndia's public disclosure. Its website invites you to fill in your details to learn the plan, and links its business plan to an external design document rather than summarising the structure, bonus percentages, ranks or qualification thresholds on the site itself. Its Why Business page argues for direct selling in general, citing unemployment, low pay and rising living costs, but contains no figures at all. In practice this means you cannot evaluate the earning opportunity before handing over your contact details to a sales process. Before joining, insist on the current official plan in writing, with rates and thresholds, and treat any figure quoted by a recruiter as unverified.

What products does TranzIndia sell?

TranzIndia sells across six listed categories: Traditional Collections, Grocery, Lifestyle, Health Care, Personal Care and Swarga Collections. Historically it started with three products and grew to around fifty, spanning Ayurvedic healthcare, personal care items such as Flocare hair oil, and branded home appliances including mixer grinders. Six of its healthcare products are made at its own TranzNutrients manufacturing unit. These are consumer goods and herbal supplements, not medicines, so treat health claims as marketing. With appliances especially, compare the distributor price against ordinary retail before assuming a saving.

Who founded TranzIndia, and where is it based?

TranzIndia was founded by Dr. V. Mohan Raj, who serves as its chairman and managing director and who had prior experience in the direct-marketing industry. The company's head office is at Sanjayraaj Towers, 100 Feet Road, Tatabad, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It has run branch offices in cities including Chennai, Madurai, Tirunelveli and Pune, together with numerous support centres across Tamil Nadu, and it operates its own warehouse and the TranzNutrients manufacturing unit.

Is TranzIndia a government approved company?

No direct-selling company in India is government approved in the sense recruiters often imply. TranzIndia is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, which every company must be, and it is a founder member of the Federation of Direct Selling Association, an industry body that runs a self-governing code of conduct, not a government regulator. It also publishes the disclosures required by the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Those are meaningful compliance signals, but registration and industry membership are not endorsements of the business opportunity or a guarantee of your income.

How much can you earn with TranzIndia?

TranzIndia publishes no income-disclosure statement, so nobody outside the company can say what a typical distributor earns. Its marketing highlights car, bike, luxury car, villa and trip achievers, and it has promoted a mission of creating one hundred millionaires, but these showcase the small minority at the top rather than the typical result. Across the MLM industry the large majority of participants earn little or nothing after their own product purchases, with earnings concentrated among a few. Treat achiever showcases and any income figure as a ceiling, not a forecast.

What should you check before joining TranzIndia?

Ask for the current official compensation plan and product price list in writing, with exact bonus percentages, rank thresholds and any monthly purchase requirement. Ask whether any income disclosure exists. Confirm the company's registration and filings on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal. Read the published refund, return and warranty policies before buying, and note the named grievance redressal and nodal officers, whose contacts the company publishes. Compare appliance and product prices against ordinary retail. Never pay money to an individual recruiter, always take an invoice, and never borrow to join.
