How the Vestige direct-selling plan works: PV and BV, accumulative performance bonus, director bonus and funds · 2026 edition
Unlike the high-risk schemes elsewhere in this directory, Vestige is a real, registered company (incorporated 2004) that sells genuine, certified products, charges little or nothing to join, and pays bonuses out of actual product sales rather than new members' deposits. The honest caveats are the ones that apply to all direct selling and MLM: income is performance-based and not guaranteed, it requires ongoing personal purchases and steady selling and team-building, and across the industry most participants earn small amounts. Go in with realistic expectations and verify the current plan.
Vestige Marketing Pvt Ltd is one of India's largest home-grown direct-selling companies. It was incorporated on 2 June 2004 (CIN U51909DL2004PTC126738), is headquartered at Okhla Industrial Area in New Delhi, and was founded by Gautam Bali, who serves as Managing Director, alongside Deepak Sood and Kanwar Bir Singh. The company reported revenue of roughly 1,150 crore rupees for the financial year ending March 2025 and operates through a wide network of distributors, 2,500-plus collection and sales outlets across India, and several international offices.
Vestige sells physical wellness and lifestyle products and pays its distributors through an accumulative multi-level marketing plan. In other words, the income opportunity is built on selling real goods and on building a team that also sells, rather than on recruitment fees or deposits. That product-and-sales foundation, plus its long operating history and registrations, is what places Vestige in a very different category from the anonymous, deposit-taking schemes profiled elsewhere on this site.
Vestige markets 250-plus products across categories including health and nutritional supplements, ayurvedic products, personal care, skin care, cosmetics, and home care, sold under the Vestige brand (with a Vestbuy retail arm). Manufacturing is described as taking place at facilities that are GMP and Halal certified, and the company holds an ISO 9001:2015 quality certification. It has also featured on Direct Selling News global industry rankings and reports a range of awards.
For a buyer, the practical point is that there is a tangible product you can use or resell at a retail margin, which is a meaningful difference from schemes whose only "product" is the act of recruiting.
The Vestige plan, which the company calls an accumulative marketing plan, is built on two units: Point Value (PV) and Business Volume (BV). Every product carries a PV and a BV, and in India the PV to BV ratio is about 1 to 18. Bonuses are calculated on BV. "Accumulative" means your PV adds up month after month to set your level, and you never slide back down once a level is reached. Vestige calls this the Vestige Marketing Plan, and its current official Success Plan lists nine ways to earn income (percentages and qualifying levels are revised periodically, so always check the latest official success plan):
| Income stream | Indicative rate | Paid from |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Retail profit (savings on consumption) | 10% to 20% | MRP minus distributor price |
| 2. Accumulative performance bonus | 5% to 20% | Your and your group's BV |
| 3. Director bonus | ~15% pool | Company monthly PV (point sharing) |
| 4. Team building bonus | ~3% pool | Bronze, Silver and Gold Directors |
| 5. Leadership overriding bonus | ~16% pool | Silver Directors and above |
| 6. Travel fund | ~3% pool | Silver Directors and above |
| 7. Car fund | ~5% pool | Star Directors and above (max ~Rs 60,000/mo) |
| 8. House fund | ~3% pool | Crown Directors and above (max ~Rs 1,00,000/mo) |
| 9. Elite Club bonus | ~2% pool | Universal Crown Directors and above |
Your accumulated PV sets your performance-bonus percentage. A widely published version of the schedule:
| Accumulated PV | Approx BV | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 500 | up to 8,000 | 5% |
| 501 to 2,000 | 8,016 to 32,000 | 8% |
| 2,001 to 4,500 | 32,016 to 72,000 | 11% |
| 4,501 to 7,500 | 72,016 to 1,20,000 | 14% |
| 7,501 to 10,000 | 1,20,016 to 1,60,000 | 17% |
| 10,001 and above | 1,60,016 and above | 20% (Director) |
To draw the bonus in a given month you must make a personal purchase (about 20 PV up to the 17 percent level, or 40 PV at the 20 percent level). If you miss it, the bonus is carried forward to the month you qualify.
Reaching the 20 percent level makes you a Bronze Director (maintained at 2,001 PV). Above that, director ranks are qualified by the number of director groups in your downline:
| Director level | Qualified director groups in downline |
|---|---|
| Bronze Director | Entry director level |
| Silver Director | 1 |
| Gold Director | 2 |
| Star Director | 3 |
| Diamond Director | 4 |
| Crown Director | 6 |
| Universal Crown Director | 8 |
| Double Crown Director | 10 |
| Double Universal Crown Director | 12 |
The leadership overriding bonus, travel fund, car fund and house fund are paid to Silver Directors and above (the higher funds to Crown Directors and above) out of company-wide PV pools, using a monthly point-sharing system, so their exact rupee value varies each month. Vestige reports it has operated since 2004 (Vestige Marketing Pvt Ltd, MD Gautam Bali) with offices and collection centres across India, and was ranked among the global top direct sellers by Direct Selling News. The Elite Club Bonus is capped at about Rs 20,00,000 per business month. These figures come from the Vestige Marketing Plan and official Success Plan and are revised periodically.
Registration is generally free, and a distributor ID is activated by a small product purchase (commonly cited around 1,100 rupees, equal to 30 PV). There is no large buy-in or compulsory high-value package, which is one of the features that separates a genuine product-based direct seller from a recruitment-only scheme.
Vestige being a legitimate company does not mean the income is easy or guaranteed. The Vestige plan rewards consistent retail selling and active team-building, and the larger bonuses (director, leadership, funds) require building multiple productive groups, which most people never reach. You also need a monthly personal purchase to stay qualified, so factor that ongoing cost in.
Be realistic: across the direct-selling industry, the majority of participants earn modest supplemental income or little after their own purchases and expenses, and a small minority at the top earn most of the rewards. Approach it as a part-time sales business you are willing to work at, focus on genuine product demand rather than stockpiling, and avoid recruiting friends and family on the promise of guaranteed or passive income.
This profile is factual and is not a customer-review score. MLMCompanyHub does not assign Vestige a star rating and makes no legal determination about the company.
Legitimacy context. Vestige is a registered Indian company with a long operating history, real certified products, low-cost entry and sales-based commissions, which are the markers of a genuine direct seller rather than a Ponzi or pyramid scheme. That is a meaningful distinction from most entries in this directory.
Income context. Direct selling and MLM income is inherently variable and is not an investment return. It depends on product sales and on building and supporting a team, requires ongoing personal purchases to stay qualified, and for most participants results in modest earnings. Any income figures quoted by distributors or the company are best cases, not typical outcomes.
Regulatory context. Indian direct selling operates under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, which require genuine products, mandatory disclosures, buy-back and refund rights, and prohibit pyramid and money-circulation schemes. Compliance is the company's responsibility and can change over time.
Plan percentages, qualifying levels and joining terms are revised periodically. Always confirm the current details on the official Vestige site and read the latest success plan before making any decision.
Vestige runs an accumulative direct-selling plan based on Point Value (PV) and Business Volume (BV). You earn a retail profit of about 10 to 20 percent, plus an accumulative performance bonus of 5 to 20 percent that rises with your accumulated PV, and higher achievers who build teams can qualify for a director bonus, a leadership overriding bonus and travel, car and house funds. Levels are permanent. Percentages and qualifying levels are revised periodically, so check the current official plan.
Vestige is a real, registered Indian company (incorporated 2004, CIN U51909DL2004PTC126738) selling genuine ISO 9001:2015, GMP and Halal certified products. It is an established direct seller, not an anonymous scheme. As with all direct selling and MLM, income is variable and depends on sales and team-building, and most participants earn modest amounts. MLMCompanyHub makes no legal determination and presents the facts so you can decide.
Registration is generally free, and you activate your distributor ID with a small product purchase (commonly cited around 1,100 rupees, equal to 30 PV). There is no large buy-in, and the products are real and retail-able, which distinguishes Vestige from recruitment-only schemes. Confirm the current joining terms on the official site.
Every product carries a PV and a BV (in India the PV to BV ratio is about 1 to 18), and the bonus is paid on BV. Your accumulated PV sets your bonus percentage, from 5 percent at entry up to 20 percent at the top, and because the plan is accumulative you keep the highest level you reach. To draw the bonus in a month you must make a personal purchase (about 20 PV up to the 17 percent level, or 40 PV at the 20 percent level).
Some distributors do, mainly those who genuinely sell products and build and support an active team over time, and Vestige states a number of its leaders earn substantial monthly incomes. But income is not guaranteed, it requires ongoing personal purchases and consistent effort, and industry-wide most participants earn small supplemental amounts or little after costs. Treat it as a sales business that takes work, not passive income or an investment.
Indian direct-selling companies operate under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, which require genuine products, disclosure, buy-back and refund provisions and prohibit pyramid and money-circulation schemes. Vestige presents itself as a compliant, long-standing direct seller. As always, verify a company's current compliance and your own obligations before joining.
