What it is The real entry cost Business plan The income maths Disclosures FAQ
We do not give Eazyways a star score. It publishes a full, detailed plan and even prints its own warning that this is not an investment scheme, which is more than many disclose. That same plan also contains income examples that are arithmetically impossible. A single rating would hide both facts.
Not financial or medical advice. This page explains what Eazyways's own published plan says, including its costs and its assumptions. It is not a recommendation to join or to buy, and nothing here is medical advice. Direct-selling income is not guaranteed, most participants earn little, and herbal supplements are not medicines. Verify the current plan and prices with the company before you decide.
Eazyways in one minute (with cautions)

Eazyways (Eazyways Healthcare Pvt Ltd, also Eazyways Arogya Healthcare) is a Noida-based Ayurvedic direct seller, ISO 9001 certified, with its own manufacturing, 100-plus products and Eazy Store 9 outlets. Customer registration is genuinely free and free customers get up to 25 percent off MRP. The plan is a binary: your team splits into a Blue House and an Orange House, and it lists 17 income streams.

Three cautions. To earn you must buy a Health Pack of Rs 2,900 or Rs 5,900, and the costlier pack raises your weekly bonus cap from Rs 50,000 to Rs 2,50,000. The plan's own examples show Rs 53.5 lakh incomes that assume a downline of over a lakh people, which cannot happen. And fraudsters run fake Eazyways domains, as the company itself has warned. This is information, not advice.

What is Eazyways?

Eazyways is a Noida-based Indian Ayurvedic direct seller. It operates as Eazyways Healthcare Private Limited, and is also known as Eazyways Arogya Healthcare Pvt Ltd, from E-130, Sector 7, Noida. It positions itself as a swadeshi, ISO 9001 certified company that manufactures its own certified Ayurvedic and herbal supplements alongside personal care and daily-need products, selling them through an e-commerce store and physical Eazy Store 9 outlets rather than ordinary retail. Its published plan advertises a money-back guarantee and a range of over 100 products.

Unlike many small direct sellers, Eazyways publishes a complete, detailed business plan document, and that document is unusually candid in one respect: it states plainly that expecting income without working is not advisable and that the Eazyways business is not an investment scheme. That is a responsible thing to print, and it is worth crediting. It also, in the same document, contains income illustrations that cannot happen. Both facts belong on this page.

Is Eazyways really free to join?

Free to register. Not free to earn. This is the single most useful thing to understand before anyone signs you up, and it is all in the company's own plan. Registration as a customer costs nothing, and free customers really do get benefits: discounts up to about 25 percent off MRP with no minimum purchase, plus promotional points. But the earning roles sit behind a purchase.

StatusHow you get thereWhat you can earn
Registered customerFree, mobile verifiedDiscounts, offers, promotion points
Loyalty customerBuy a Health PackBecomes eligible to apply as IBO
Standard Health PackRs 2,900 (DP)Loyalty bonus capped Rs 50,000 per closing
Premium Health PackRs 5,900 (DP)Loyalty bonus capped Rs 2,50,000 per closing
IBOLoyalty customer applies, no feeCash back, bonuses, royalties

Notice the structure there. Buying the more expensive pack does not merely give you more product. It raises the ceiling on what you are allowed to earn, by a factor of five. That is a pay-more-to-earn-more design, and it creates pressure, from uplines and from your own arithmetic, to spend 5,900 rupees rather than 2,900. Whatever you decide, decide it knowingly, and buy the pack only if you actually want the products in it.

A real warning: fake Eazyways websites

Eazyways has itself issued a public notice that unknown persons are committing cyber fraud using its name, operating lookalike domains on different extensions and unrelated numeric sites, and it said it was starting legal action and asked people to report such sites to a cyber cell or the police. This matters to anyone searching for Eazyways. Reach the company only through its official website, never pay an individual, verify any site before entering details, and if you have been defrauded, report it to your local cyber-crime cell or on the national cyber-crime portal, and use helpline 1930 for recent online transfers.

How does Eazyways compare with IMC, Vestige and Keva?

Eazyways sits alongside other Indian Ayurvedic direct sellers such as IMC Business, Vestige and Keva Industries. It is smaller and less known than the first two, and like Keva it uses a binary structure with a purchase requirement to unlock earning. Its genuinely distinctive features are the free-customer discount model, the Eazy Store 9 retail outlets, and a plan document that is both unusually detailed and unusually optimistic.

How does the Eazyways business plan work?

Eazyways runs a binary plan measured in Business Volume (BV). Every product carries BV, and products sell at a Discounted Price below MRP. Your team is divided into two groups, the Blue House and the Orange House, and once a customer is placed in a house that position can never be changed. Income is calculated at closings four times a month (the 7th, 15th, 22nd and last day), with BV-based income calculated fortnightly. Here are the main streams from the official plan.

The income streams

IncomeWhoHow it works
Discounts & offersAny customerUp to ~25% below MRP, no minimum

Gold Star royaltyGold Star +Pool of 11% of national BV per closing

The recognition ladder: ranks, slabs and TABV

Your percentage slab is set by your Total Accumulative Business Volume (TABV), and from Gold Star upward you must also develop qualifying legs. These are the figures as printed in the official plan.

RankSlabMinimum TABVLeg condition
Customer0%n/aNone
IBO5%1,500None

Diamond Director25%54,00,0003 Sapphire Directors in 3 groups
Crown Director27%1,62,00,0003 Diamond Directors in 3 groups

Your Team Business (repurchase) income is the difference between your slab and your direct IBO's slab, applied to their team CCBV, so a downline that catches up to your rank stops paying you that difference. The company also states its total payout will not exceed 60 percent of turnover, and that it may amend the plan at any time without prior notice.

Luxury Fund2% of national BVDiamond Director
Crown Director Bonus1% of national BVCrown Director
Eazy Store 9 royalty2% of store BV saleAny IBO who refers a store

Recognition slabs run on Total Accumulative Business Volume (TABV), from IBO (1,500 TABV) through Smart IBO (40,000), Senior IBO (90,000), Star Director (1,50,000), Pearl (3,00,000), Emerald (6,00,000), Sapphire (18,00,000), Diamond (54,00,000) to Crown Director (1,62,00,000), with percentage slabs rising from 5 percent toward the high twenties and higher ranks also requiring qualified directors in separate groups. Note the plan's percentage table and its worked example do not perfectly agree, so confirm exact slabs with the company. Minimum payout is Rs 750, total company payout is capped at 60 percent of turnover, and the plan may be changed at any time without notice.

Why the plan's income examples cannot happen

This is the part worth slowing down for. The Eazyways plan contains worked examples with impressive numbers. They are arithmetic demonstrations, not forecasts, and understanding why protects you from every plan that uses the same device.

The example saysWhat it assumesWhy it fails
Suresh reaches 21% as a "Star Director"That a slab is reached on volume aloneThe plan's own table puts Star Director at 15%. The 21% slab is Emerald, needing TABV 6,00,000 plus two Pearl Director legs. The example contradicts the rank table.
11,100 customers in 4 weeksEveryone refers exactly 10, weeklyNobody quits, nobody overlaps
Rs 2,33,100 shopping bonusAll 11,100 buy 100 BV that monthAssumes a 100% buying rate
Rs 53,50,000 team royalty10 IBOs each with 10, five levelsNeeds 1,11,110 people under you

Run the third one forward. If every person really recruited ten who each recruited ten, the sixth level would need ten lakh people, the seventh a crore, and by the ninth level you would need more people than live in India. Exponential duplication is arithmetic, not a business model, and the people who join at the bottom, who are always the overwhelming majority, cannot find enough new joiners beneath them. That is not a flaw specific to Eazyways; it is why income in every multi-level plan concentrates at the top.

Two structural facts confirm the ceiling. The company caps total payout at 60 percent of turnover, so all incomes across all members are drawn from that limited pool. And the leadership and corpus funds are fixed percentages of national turnover divided among all qualifiers, which means your share shrinks as more people qualify. Neither is hidden, and both are why illustrated amounts are not entitlements.

Reality check, and credit where due. Eazyways's plan itself says: expecting income without working is not advisable, and the Eazyways business is not an investment scheme. Take the company at its word on that. Budget for the health pack as a product purchase you would make anyway, treat every illustrated figure as a ceiling essentially nobody reaches, remember most participants in any MLM earn little or nothing after their own purchases, and never borrow money or pressure family to join. If someone shows you the 53 lakh example as a realistic income, they have misunderstood their own company's document.

What does Eazyways sell?

Eazyways sells certified Ayurvedic and herbal products plus daily-need goods. The company cites more than 100 products in its plan, and other listings mention over 150, sold through Eazy Store 9 outlets and its online store at a Discounted Price below MRP, with an advertised money-back guarantee.

CategoryExamples
Ayurvedic supplementsHerbal health supplements, antioxidant formulas
Aarogya Vatika rangeProducts eligible for promotion-point adjustment
Personal careBathing bars, shampoos, hair care
Daily needs & householdEveryday consumer goods via Eazy Store 9

These are herbal supplements and ordinary consumer goods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, so treat any health-benefit claim, from the company or a distributor, as marketing rather than medical fact, and consult a qualified doctor for any health condition. Compare prices against ordinary retail, and remember that buying through the plan also generates the BV that drives the business.

Important disclosures

This block replaces a customer-reviews section. We do not publish invented reviews or a single star score. The points below are drawn from Eazyways's own published business plan and public information.

What checks out. Eazyways appears to be a real company operating from a stated Noida address with published contact details, describing itself as ISO 9001 certified with in-house manufacturing, selling over 100 Ayurvedic and daily-need products through Eazy Store 9 outlets and an online store, offering genuinely free customer registration with real discounts and an advertised money-back guarantee. It publishes a complete, detailed business plan, which many competitors do not. Notably, that plan explicitly states that expecting income without working is not advisable and that the Eazyways business is not an investment scheme. We make no allegation of wrongdoing.

Where caution is needed. Registration is free, but earning is not: you must buy a Health Pack at 2,900 or 5,900 rupees to become a Loyalty Customer, which is the prerequisite for becoming an IBO. The plan explicitly ties your loyalty-bonus ceiling to which pack you bought, 50,000 rupees per closing for the cheaper pack against 2,50,000 rupees for the costlier one, which is a pay-more-to-earn-more design that creates pressure to spend more. The structure is binary, with two houses and a permanent placement, so income depends on matched volume and continuous recruitment. The plan's income illustrations assume perfect ten-fold duplication over five levels, implying a downline of over a lakh people, which is arithmetically unsustainable. The company caps total payout at 60 percent of turnover, the leadership and corpus funds are pools divided among all qualifiers so individual shares shrink as more qualify, minimum payout is 750 rupees, and the company reserves the right to change the plan at any time without notice. No income-disclosure statement showing typical earnings appears to be published.

A fraud warning that matters. Eazyways has publicly stated that unknown persons are committing cyber fraud using its name through lookalike domains on other extensions and unrelated numeric sites, that it is pursuing legal action, and that the public should stay away and report such sites. Anyone searching for Eazyways should therefore reach the company only via its official website, never pay money to an individual, and verify any site before entering personal or payment details. If you have been defrauded, report it to your local cyber-crime cell, on the national cyber-crime reporting portal, or via helpline 1930 for recent online transfers.

On products and health claims. Eazyways products are herbal supplements and consumer goods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified doctor for any health condition, and treat any distributor's claim that a product cures an illness as a serious red flag.

India context. Eazyways operates under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, which require genuine products, written disclosures, invoices and buy-back provisions, and prohibit pyramid and money-circulation schemes. Direct selling is legal in India when income comes mainly from real product sales rather than enrolment.

MLMCompanyHub is not a regulator and makes no legal determination about Eazyways. This page summarises the company's own published plan and public information so you can verify each point. The plan states it may be amended at any time without notice, and sources conflict on the founding year, so always check the current official plan, prices and company details before joining.

Frequently asked questions

What is Eazyways?

Eazyways is an Indian direct-selling company based at Sector 7, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, operating as Eazyways Healthcare Private Limited and also known as Eazyways Arogya Healthcare Pvt Ltd. It describes itself as an ISO 9001 certified swadeshi company selling certified Ayurvedic and herbal health supplements, personal care and daily-need products, which it manufactures in-house and sells through its Eazy Store 9 outlets and online store. Its plan is built around free customer registration, health packs, and Independent Business Owners who build a two-house team.

Is Eazyways legit or a scam?

Eazyways appears to be a real, registered Indian company with its own manufacturing, an ISO 9001 certification, a published business plan and a stated money-back guarantee, so we do not call it a scam. Its own plan even states that expecting income without working is not advisable and that Eazyways is not an investment scheme, which is a responsible thing to print. However, treat it with caution: registration is free but you must buy a health pack costing 2,900 or 5,900 rupees to earn, the more expensive pack raises your bonus cap, the plan is a binary two-house structure, and the plan's own income examples assume impossible recruitment. MLMCompanyHub makes no legal determination.

Is Eazyways really free to join?

Registering as a customer is genuinely free, and free customers do get discounts of up to about 25 percent off MRP without any minimum purchase. But earning is a different matter. To become a Loyalty Customer you must buy a Health Pack, priced at 2,900 rupees (Standard) or 5,900 rupees (Premium) at discounted price. Only Loyalty Customers may apply to become an Independent Business Owner, which is the role that earns bonuses. So the practical entry cost of the Eazyways business is 2,900 rupees at minimum, and you should budget for it rather than relying on the phrase free registration.

How does the Eazyways business plan work?

Eazyways uses a binary plan. Your team is split into two groups called the Blue House and the Orange House, and once a customer is placed in a house their position can never be changed. Products are sold at a Discounted Price below MRP, and each product carries Business Volume (BV). The plan lists 17 income streams, including discounts and promotion benefits for customers, and for IBOs a cash back on personal volume, a customers' shopping bonus, a loyalty point bonus, team royalty across five levels, a team business repurchase income based on effective percentage difference, plus leadership and Gold Star royalty funds and corpus funds for travel, car, house, luxury and Crown Director rewards. Closings happen four times a month.

What is the Eazyways loyalty point bonus, and what are the caps?

You earn one loyalty point when one health pack is sold in each of your two houses, matching a Blue House sale against an Orange House sale. The company pays about 500 rupees per loyalty point, though the rate varies by closing between roughly 300 and 500 rupees, with the first three points of a closing fixed at 500 rupees. Crucially, your weekly cap depends on which pack you personally bought: it is 50,000 rupees per closing if you bought the 2,900 rupee Standard Health Pack, and 2,50,000 rupees if you bought the 5,900 rupee Premium Health Pack. That is a direct financial incentive to buy the costlier pack, which you should weigh carefully.

Should you believe the income examples in the Eazyways plan?

No. The plan's illustrations assume perfect recruitment that cannot happen at scale. One example builds a team of 11,100 customers in four weeks by having every person refer exactly 10 more. Another calculates a team royalty of 53,50,000 rupees by assuming 10 direct IBOs, each with 10, five levels deep, which is a downline of about 1,11,110 people beneath one individual. If everyone genuinely duplicated at that rate, the entire population of India would be exhausted within a few more levels. These are arithmetic demonstrations, not realistic earnings. Treat them as a ceiling that essentially nobody reaches, and note that the company itself caps total payout at 60 percent of turnover.

What are the Eazyways ranks and percentage slabs?

Eazyways sets your percentage slab from your Total Accumulative Business Volume (TABV). As published in its official plan, the ladder runs Customer 0 percent, IBO 5 percent (TABV 1,500), Smart IBO 9 percent (40,000), Senior IBO 12 percent (90,000), Star Director 15 percent (1,50,000), Gold Star Director 15 percent (1,50,000 plus one Star Director leg), Pearl Director 18 percent (3,00,000 plus two Star Director legs), Emerald Director 21 percent (6,00,000 plus two Pearl legs), Sapphire Director 23 percent (18,00,000 plus three Emerald legs), Diamond Director 25 percent (54,00,000 plus three Sapphire legs) and Crown Director 27 percent (1,62,00,000 plus three Diamond legs). From Gold Star upward, volume alone is not enough; you must also develop qualifying leaders in separate groups.

What products does Eazyways sell?

Eazyways sells certified Ayurvedic and herbal products alongside daily-need items, with the company citing a range of more than 100 products and other listings mentioning over 150. Categories include Ayurvedic and herbal health supplements, personal care items such as bathing bars and shampoos, and household and daily-use goods, sold under ranges including Aarogya Vatika, through its Eazy Store 9 outlets and online store. Products are sold at a Discounted Price below MRP, and the company advertises a money-back guarantee. These are supplements and consumer goods, not medicines, so treat any health claim as marketing.

Are there fake Eazyways websites and scams?

Yes, and the company itself has publicly warned about this. Eazyways has stated that unknown persons have been committing cyber fraud using its name and lookalike domains, and it named examples using different extensions such as a dot vip and a dot cc domain, along with unrelated numeric domains. It said it was initiating legal action and asked the public to stay away from such sites and report them to a cyber cell or the police. Always reach Eazyways through its official website only, verify before paying anyone, and if you have been defrauded, report it to your local cyber-crime cell or on the national cyber-crime portal and helpline 1930.

When was Eazyways founded, and where is it based?

Eazyways operates from E-130, Sector 7, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. Its own business plan document states the business started in 2001, and several trade listings agree, describing Eazyways Arogya Healthcare Pvt Ltd as established in 2001 in Noida under mentor Mr. N. Shah, with in-house manufacturing and ISO 9001 certification. Some third-party directory listings instead give a founding year of 2016, which is also the copyright year on the published plan document. Because these sources conflict, treat the founding date as unsettled and confirm it directly with the company.
