Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MLMCompanyHub, including the website, mobile applications and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MLMCompanyHub FZ-LLC ("MLMCompanyHub", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or submit reviews. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@mlmrank.example.

3. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including reviews, comments and company submissions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant MLMCompanyHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, publish and distribute it on the Services and in our editorial coverage.

3.1 Review policy

• Reviews must reflect your genuine first-hand experience as a verified distributor
• You must disclose your relationship to the company (active, former, leadership level)
• You may not post reviews on behalf of someone else, anonymously or in exchange for compensation
• You may not impersonate, defame or post hate speech, threats or doxxing material

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape, harvest or otherwise collect data from the Services by automated means without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from the Services
• Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any company or person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

5. Company listings

Companies may submit themselves for listing through our verification flow. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. Listed companies may claim their profile and respond to reviews but may not edit factual data, ranking score or remove negative reviews. Compensation paid for verification does not influence ranking.

6. Intellectual property

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), including our scoring methodology, editorial articles, code, design and trademarks, are owned by MLMCompanyHub and protected by international copyright, trademark and other laws.

7. Disclaimers

MLMCompanyHub is an information service. We do not provide investment, legal, tax or business advice. Our rankings, scores and reviews reflect editorial judgment and verified inputs at a point in time; companies and their compensation plans may change. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLMCompanyHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly) resulting from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the DIFC.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email and posted at the top of this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
