MLMCompanyHub FZ-LLC ("MLMCompanyHub", "we") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect about you, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), profile photo (optional)
- Distributor verification: for reviewers, we collect the company name, your distributor ID, level or rank and tenure (verified against the company's records when possible)
- Reviews and submissions: the content you publish on MLMCompanyHub
- Communications: messages you send us through forms, email or support channels

- Usage data: pages viewed, search queries, time on site, referrers
- Device data: browser, operating system, IP address, approximate location (city-level)

2. How we use your information
- To operate the Services and authenticate you
- To verify distributor identities and prevent fake reviews
- To compute aggregate ranking metrics and analytics (data is anonymized first)
- To communicate with you about updates, security and account changes
- To detect abuse, fraud and policy violations
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Lawful basis (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, UK or Switzerland, we rely on the following lawful bases for processing:
- Consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies
- Contract to provide the Services to registered users
- Legitimate interests to protect the integrity of our review platform and improve the Services
- Legal obligation to comply with applicable laws
4. Sharing
We share your information only as described below. We do not sell your personal data.
- Service providers cloud hosting (AWS), email (Postmark), analytics (Plausible). These vendors are contractually bound to handle data on our instructions only
- Companies you review your verified distributor identity may be confirmed by the company you reviewed, but your free-text review remains your sole authorship
- Legal compliance when required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety
- Business transfers in the event of merger or acquisition, with notice to you
5. Cookies
We use three categories of cookies:
- Essential login session, CSRF tokens. Cannot be disabled
- Functional your preferences (dark mode, saved companies)
- Analytics Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cross-site tracking)

6. Data retention
- Account data: kept while your account is active. Deleted 30 days after account closure
- Reviews: retained even after account closure but anonymized within 90 days
- Server logs: 90 days
- Backups: 35 days rolling
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. International transfers
MLMCompanyHub is headquartered in the UAE with data infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt) and the US (Virginia). Where data is transferred outside your region we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app alert.
