TRON smart-contract matrix plan, C6 and auto-pool, 10-level income, with pyramid / Ponzi warning signs · 2026 edition
TRON BILLION is a recruitment-driven matrix on the TRON blockchain with no product or external revenue. Every income stream (the C6 matrix, the universal auto-pool, the 10-level income, the boosting board and the dividend skim) simply redistributes the TRON that new joiners send in, and you must keep at least 2 direct referrals and upgrade packages to earn. The deck advertises "income till infinite" and totals in the tens of millions of TRON, which are mathematically impossible. Calling it a "100 percent verified smart contract" that "cannot be stopped" describes the code, not the economics, and makes your transfers irreversible. The "upcoming" token and wallet are dated 2023 and 2024, already in the past. This is the structure of a pyramid / Ponzi scheme, where most later entrants lose. This is information, not personalised financial advice, and not a legal determination.
TRON BILLION describes itself as a "decentralized smart contract for a global system" that lets users "build a global business" and open a "global account", connecting people worldwide through an automated contract on the TRON blockchain. It leans heavily on crypto vocabulary: "100 percent decentralized", "100 percent verified smart contract", "P2P transactions", "100 percent distribution", and a "crowdfunding" framing that pools "small amounts of capital from many individuals".
Underneath the language there is no product, service or external business. The entire offer is a set of matrix and pool positions that pay out the TRON sent in by participants. Joining requires a referral link from an existing "leader", a TRON wallet (TronLink, Klever or Token Pocket), and at least 2 direct referrals plus continual package upgrades to keep earning. The only contact details are a website, a Gmail address and social handles, with no registered entity, named operators, licence or audited accounts.
This section documents how the TRON BILLION plan is presented in the deck, so readers can understand the mechanics, not as an invitation to join. All figures are in TRON (TRX).
You join by sending TRON to one of eight packages, each roughly double the previous. Entry starts at 110 TRON, of which 10 percent is skimmed into a dividend pool (so the income tables use base values of 100 to 12800):
| Package | Join amount | Package | Join amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | 110 TRON | 05 | 1760 TRON |
| 02 | 220 TRON | 06 | 3520 TRON |
| 03 | 440 TRON | 07 | 7040 TRON |
| 04 | 880 TRON | 08 | 14080 TRON |
The deck splits each package across three pools, then skims a dividend on top:
The seven advertised income streams are: sponsor income, level generation income, global C6 income, global universal income, boosting board income, dividend income and royalty income.
The C6 structure pays you 25 percent (working) and a 15 percent (non-working) share from positions beneath and around you, with "spillover" from upline, downline and crossline. Per the deck, across the eight package bases:
| Share | 100 | 200 | 400 | 800 | 1600 | 3200 | 6400 | 12800 | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| You 25% | 25 | 50 | 100 | 200 | 400 | 800 | 1600 | 3200 | 6375 |
| Sponsor 15% | 15 | 30 | 60 | 120 | 240 | 480 | 960 | 1920 | 3825 |
| Total 40% | 40 | 80 | 160 | 320 | 640 | 1280 | 2560 | 5120 | 10200 |
The auto-pool pays 36 percent direct and 4 percent sponsor. Its central claim is automation: "out of 8 IDs only 2 are new, the rest are generated by the system", framed as "system works 90 percent, only 10 percent team work", with automatic "rebirth" re-entries and income "up to unlimited depth".
| Share | 100 | 200 | 400 | 800 | 1600 | 3200 | 6400 | 12800 | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| You 36% | 36 | 72 | 144 | 288 | 576 | 1152 | 2304 | 4608 | 9180 |
| Sponsor 4% | 4 | 8 | 16 | 32 | 64 | 128 | 256 | 512 | 1020 |
The deck then projects "cycle" and "rebirth" payouts that escalate to a claimed total per package, summing across all packages to about 150,386,760 TRON of pool income plus 16,709,640 TRON of sponsor income, marketed as growing "till infinite". These totals presuppose an endless supply of new entrants and are not achievable.
A 20 percent total spread across 10 levels (20 percent on levels 1 and 2, 10 percent on 3 to 6, 5 percent on 7 to 10), paid on downline package activity:
| Levels | Share each | On 100 base | On 12800 base |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 2 | 20% | 4 | 512 |
| 3 to 6 | 10% | 2 | 256 |
| 7 to 10 | 5% | 1 | 128 |
A matrix or pool can only pay people with money that other people put in. TRON BILLION has no product, service or outside revenue, so each payout is funded entirely by newer joiners' TRON. That is the definition of a Ponzi or pyramid structure, and it depends on an ever-growing supply of new entrants. Because every member is told to recruit at least 2 directs who each recruit more, and to keep upgrading packages, the required population grows geometrically and saturates quickly. When new joins slow, the matrix stalls and the later entrants, who are always the majority, cannot recoup their TRON.
The "income till infinite", the "system works 90 percent" automation and the tens-of-millions-of-TRON totals are illusions created by assuming endless recruitment. Running on a smart contract does not change the economics: immutability means flawed or extractive logic cannot be fixed, "cannot be stopped" means there is no off-switch to protect you, and on-chain transfers are irreversible, so TRON sent in is generally gone for good. On-chain does not mean licensed, audited, or sustainable.
This block replaces a customer-reviews section. MLMCompanyHub does not publish invented reviews or a star score for a scheme in this risk band.
On-chain does not mean safe or legal. A "verified smart contract" only means the code does what it says. It does not create revenue, guarantee payouts, or make a recruitment-funded matrix lawful. Many such contracts are designed so that early and top positions extract most of the value while later entrants fund them.
Regulatory context. A scheme where income depends on recruiting others and on their deposits, with no genuine product, is treated as a pyramid or money-circulation scheme in many jurisdictions. In India this engages the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 (which prohibit pyramid and money-circulation schemes), and the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes (BUDS) Act, 2019; gains may also be taxable as virtual digital assets. The US FTC pursues the same structure. Promoting or enrolling others can carry personal legal liability, not just financial loss.
MLMCompanyHub is not a regulator and makes no legal determination about TRON BILLION. This page reports the project's own deck and applies general, publicly available regulator guidance and arithmetic so readers can verify each point. Before sending any crypto, verify whether there is a named, accountable operator and search your regulator's investor-alert lists for the name and domain. Crypto sent on-chain is generally not recoverable; to report suspected fraud in India, use cybercrime.gov.in / 1930 or SEBI SCORES.
TRON BILLION is a TRON smart-contract matrix scheme. You join by sending TRON to one of eight doubling packages (110 up to 14080 TRON) and earn through several recruitment-based streams: sponsor income, a 10-level generation income, a "C6" matrix, a universal auto-pool, a boosting board, a dividend pool (a 10 percent skim) and a royalty. You must keep at least 2 direct referrals and upgrade packages to earn. All payouts come from other participants' TRON, not from any product or external business.
It shows the classic warning signs of a pyramid or Ponzi gifting scheme: no product or external revenue, income that requires recruiting and upgrading, a matrix that pays existing members from new entrants, and "income till infinite" totals in the tens of millions of TRON that are mathematically impossible. Being a smart contract on TRON does not change this. MLMCompanyHub does not endorse it and rates it very high risk.
Income comes from recruiting people who send TRON and from the matrix positions beneath you. The deck requires at least 2 direct referrals and package upgrades, distributes 40 percent through a C6 matrix, 40 percent through an auto-pool and 20 percent across 10 levels, and uses auto-spillover "rebirth" positions. When income depends on enrolling others and on downline deposits rather than on a product sold to outside customers, the structure is a pyramid or money-circulation scheme.
No. "Immutable", "verified smart contract", "no risk of hacking" and "cannot be stopped" describe the code, not the economics. A matrix that can only pay people with money from newer people is unsustainable whether on paper or on-chain, and immutability can make it worse, because extractive logic cannot be fixed and your transfers are irreversible. On-chain does not mean legal, audited, or profitable.
Only from new participants. The deck describes no product, service or external revenue. The packages, the C6 matrix, the universal pool, the level income and the boosting board are all ways of redistributing the TRON that joiners send in, after a 10 percent dividend skim. This is the definition of a Ponzi or pyramid structure, and it collapses when new joins slow.
Yes. TRON transfers are irreversible, there is no identifiable or accountable operator (only a website, a Gmail address and social handles), and the matrix mathematically guarantees that most later entrants cannot recoup their TRON. The deck's "upcoming" token and wallet milestones are dated 2023 and 2024, already in the past, which suggests the roadmap stalled. Money sent in is generally not recoverable.
